Christian myths Fr & Eng – Udy

There’s no supernatural being called ‘Satan’.
There’s no original sin to be saved from.
There is nothing like ‘Church’.
You never needed a Messiah/Savior.
There is no ‘hell’ or lake of fire.
There is no Great Tribulation coming in the future.
There is no rapture.
There is no end of the world.
There is no ressurection of dead bodies.
Your pastor is lying to you,the same way he was lied to.
You can continue swimming in Christianity’s cesspool of lies or you can wake up and read for yourself.

De Udy Akan

Il n’y a aucun être surnaturel appelé “Satan”.
Il n’y a pas de péché originel dont il faut être sauvé (e).
Il n’y a rien de tel que l”Église’ hors de l’Israël tribale.
Tu n’as jamais eu besoin d’un Messie / Sauveur.

Problem with Religion in general. FJ

When a teacher claims to speak with authority out of a book, in reality they are more often sharing from their current, purely academic understanding. The followers (believers), therefore, will rarely be able to advance or exceed that of the same academic, classroom study of what they believe to be faith. They will hear the words, but without coming to the experience of the inner awareness. If you try to share the deeper, intuitive meaning with them before they are ready, all you will get is a strongly worded, and seemingly endless scriptural debate.

Religion vs growth & becoming – KDV

Everyone is expanding, changing, evolving, growing and becoming..
In order for a relationship to thrive, it must be allowed to be alive ~ to expand, with freedom to grow, in order for you to become the one God has in mind..
People will see things differently – because we are each at different stages of growth and becoming…
Religion expects people to conform – walk in lockstep, speak the same language – and whatever you do, don’t run out ahead or heaven forbid, question anything… That is not freedom, or love, or acceptance, and this is not good for any living thing…especially me.. & You!
<3 Kathleen~ ~Kathleen DesVoigne ● ● ● ● ● ● ● I've often tried to pinpoint how it is that religion always goes amuck. The culprit as I see it is the expansion of the egotistical craving to Control others. RJS

Let’s stop making religion

One thing I have never understood about religion, whether it appears in the form of religion or not, is the insistence that, once one hops on board, they must immediately adopt dozens of beliefs that they have never thought through, and most certainly do not *actually believe yet. Whether it’s a fundamentalist brand of Christianity that demands you take on a belief in biblical inerrancy, a certain atonement doctrine, or a particular position on eschatology, as well as become immediately anti-LGBTQ rights and militantly pro-life, simply because you believe Jesus is Lord, or whether it’s certain brands of social justice-ism, which demand that, in addition to being pro-equality, one must be fully onboard with certain ideas on gun control, militantly pro-choice, incapable of taking away good ideas from people who may have said something offensive or insensitive at some point in their past, etc., one is forced by these groups to claim to believe things they cannot possibly yet believe. No belief is automatic. No one can just choose to believe things they have not given lengthy amounts of time to thinking through. And when you give in to the pressure to claim a belief in order to be a part of this group or that group, you damage your integrity and soul in ways you cannot possibly imagine.

Having a conservative view on abortion does not mean one must automatically have a conservative view on gun control, nor does having a conservative view on gun control mean that one must have a conservative view on abortion. You can only *truly have a view that you have taken the time to consider, dissect, deconstruct, reconstruct, and think through critically. I don’t care if it’s conservative, liberal, postmodern, enlightenment or religious ideology we are talking about; any group demanding automatic belief in a host of complicated ideas, simply because one agrees with one or two other points a group is making is behaving in a cult-like manner.

This sort of ridiculous thinking is destructive and divisive. It’s born from below, and therefore below us all. Believe what you believe because you actually believe.
Think deeply on all other issues, and don’t bow to pressure, even when it feels like the moral thing to do. You have to think to know what you believe, and when you’re in a place where you are not being given the space to think, it’s probably time to excuse yourself.

Why is religion so despicable? cc

I was walking across a bridge one day, and I saw a man standing
on the edge, about to jump off. So I ran over and said “Stop!
don’t do it!”
“Why shouldn’t I?” he said.

I said, “Well, there’s so much to live for!”
He said, “Like what?”

I said, “Well…are you religious or atheist?”
He said, “Religious.”

I said, “Me too! Are you christian or buddhist?”
He said,”Christian.”

I said, “Me too! Are you catholic or protestant?”
He said, “Protestant.”

I said, “Me too! Are you episcopalian or baptist?”
He said, “Baptist!”

I said,”Wow! Me too! Are you baptist church of God or baptist church of the Lord?”

He said, “Baptist church of God!”

I said, “Me too! Are you original baptist church of God, or are you reformed baptist church of God?”

He said,”Reformed Baptist church of God!”

I said, “Me too! Are you reformed baptist church of God, reformation of 1879, or reformed baptist church of God, reformation of 1915?”

He said, “Reformed baptist church of God, reformation of 1915!”

I said, “Die, heretic scum”, and pushed him off.

Religion is a trap – muzi

One of my friends …
Well okay I’ll tell you his name
It’s Muzi Joint Heir Spirit …
Anyway he said something
really negative about religion.
Got me to wondering if maybe
we’re being too hard on it?
Doesn’t religion have good features too?
Doesn’t it spread the good word?
Doesn’t it do good things for communities?
Four honest questions –
Four honest answers: no no no & no.
Religion per se does nothing good.
It’s man-made, designed to control and extort.
Religion discourages honest cognition.
It makes people afraid to trust God.
Instilling a general milieu of
doubt, fear and complacency,
religion has as its inherent goal
to rule and punish its adherents
Forbidding genuine inquiry into the
unfortunate direction it’s headed.
So, I have to acknowledge categorically
that Muzi is right after all.

Spirituality vs. religion

RELIGION & SPIRITUALITY

▪ Religion is not just one, there are hundreds.
▪ Spirituality is one.

If there were NO RELIGION

If there were NO RELIGION
No behavioral manipulation
Nor religious dogma foisted
Upon unsuspecting others,
Imagine how free we would be
To allow mystery and mysticism
A chance to elevate our souls
To the realm of Spirit, Life & Love.
THE GREAT PROBLEM IS
The so-called pious function
And self-appointed purpose
Of religiosity’s church-ianity.

I am water!

I AM WATER

If a drop of water were to declare
“I am water!”
would everyone ask it
“How can you make such a
brazen statement about yourself?
Did you create the oceans
and the ships upon them?
Did you divine a way to freeze
and then evaporate yourself?
Are you greater than
Almighty Water?”

Never ever need Religion again (caps mine)

The JEWS took the “Kingdom of God in us”,
and turned it into the Kingdom of God in Symbolism, Government and Religion.
God, again through Jesus, demonstrated the Kingdom of God in us.
This time CHRISTIANITY turned it into Symbolism, Government and Religion.
“The Kingdom of God within”, is the greatest threat to the Religious System.
For once YOU AWAKEN to God’s permanent residence within you,
You will Never ever need Religion again.
