A MOST IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR YOU: If you’re truly on a path leading yourself and everyone who might follow you out of the chaos of the world (hypnotism) you’ll be shocked by the “dropping away” of all materialism! It will jar you at first. It will hurt … until you realize “silly me! – that’s the dropping away that’s alluded to repeatedly in all our holy books! Stay with your path and trust it. Keep separating others’ fearful reactions from whom they really are – so that You can continue to see clearly. People will disappoint … until disappointment is no longer in your spiritual vocabulary. Keep plodding forward right out of the miasma that was your life (with a small ‘l’). People will require coddling: don’t give it to them – give them divine Love instead. Let them know that there is nothing on earth or in heaven that supercedes eternal life right now. Let them know there’s an effort to be made – an angst to be grappled with – before they can begin to see the Light.
Then bid them adieu.

An empty page is synonymous to an empty mind, no-mind, still mind, absolutely free from thoughts, words. In this state, the mind is still, unmoveable with uncontaminated, absolute purity. Lots of happenings will be experienced beyond words of description. From this state, when you think, it manifests; when you speak, it manifests; when you act, a miracle happens.

PROACTIVE ASSURANCE OF HONESTY
I’ve told this before but the lesson bears repeating. I was only about 5 years old when me and mama went to the store to buy me a small flashlight. In my zeal to choose the pretty red one, I found – halfway home in the car – I still had the other one – the blue one in my other hand. I told mama and she immediately made a ‘U’ turn back to the store where I was to NOT ONLY PUT BACK THE EXTRA ONE but I was to tell the store attendant what had happened.

I wasn’t being scolded or reprimanded in any way – because it was an accident – but I was having a life lesson driven home to me that I would never forget: I was to RECOGNIZE A WRONG HAD BEEN DONE AND NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED, INCLUDING A TOTAL ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT.

Many years later this invaluable lesson kicked in again. I was running my own School and decided to enlist the services of a tax consultant. He showed me an error that I had made and added “Right now it’s only a mistake, but left uncorrected it would be a felony!” I painstakingly had him go back over my former years and correct the same mistake, in spite of my incurring a penalty.

It felt so good to have chosen the way of honesty – full disclosure at any cost. No excuses, no discussion, just godlike integrity! It so reminds me of both Joel and Herb!

Of the two known ways to make a contact with Spirit, the most attempted one, by the few who are inwardly led to its attainment, is that of committing oneself to the wholehearted desire for it.

To understand why this is productive at long last, just remember any and every heart-throbbing desires, ones which you refused to let go of, which you’ve had over the course of your life and you’ll see that every one of them was accomplished. Note too, however, that you also had a larger number of wishes or weak desires that fell by the wayside because you weren’t devoted to seeing them through to fulfillment.

It’s the former approach mentioned here that’s needed in regard to making our inner conscious contact with our true Self. This committed persistent desire for It is what will assure Its attainment just like it has in all other areas of our experience where that depth of desire was present.

Be willing to drop all concepts of God. Be willing to admit, “Father, I really don’t know you. But, I want to know you, to have an experience of You.”

Don’t be afraid FOR A SEASON [caps mine] to put aside all books, even this one, to come to God empty handed, with a clean slate, to let God reveal God to you. Go within, become still and be receptive to God’s wisdom instead of man’s thoughts. Refuse to borrow from anyone’s thoughts about God. This is the Way.

When it happened to me, it was disconcerting for a time. There was the feeling “They have taken my Lord away.” But it really wasn’t the Lord at all, only dozens of borrowed, worn out powerless concepts. I had to go within, and sit, and sit, and wait. And sometimes I felt nothing. I would go about my business, and then return at night or the next day to meditate again.

Eventually something began to stir within me. There was a quickening. The Spirit of God Itself began to make Itself known to me as an experience. But this God experience, this mystical experience, was alive and had power to heal, and no man could take it from me. Neither was there any need to prove it to anyone. There was a natural tendency to keep it secret and sacred so that it could grow, rather than have discussions about it.

Once we have had this experience, it will come again and again until we have our own understanding, our own knowing of what God is. And it will lead us to the right scripture or the right book which will corroborate our experience.

As a kid, I used to lie on the ground and watch the busy little ants at work. Sometimes one got hopelessly stuck when faced with an obstacle. I would do what any sweet little girl (unlike a boy, ugh!) would do – I removed the obstacle. 100% of the time the ant would run away scared!
Isn’t that what we do when we awaken to the absence of a long-cherished obstacle? We take out our psychology, philosophy, hermeneutics and explain away what was just the greatest awakening of our tiny little lives?

got a special message from Papa this morning. I had been doing a kind of pace-pray in which I found myself practically begging to take another step higher and no longer have to deal with mental intrusions. No, it wasn’t because I wanted a softer cozier life in the flesh – not at all! And yes I recognized that these intruding issues were my vehicle to get where I wanted to be. But I yearned to see a significant lessening of some basic-level intrusions.
Papa reminded me of my decision to go to college even though I was terribly ill-prepared for it. I persevered midst unspeakable opposition and one day I received a bachelor’s, then a master’s, then a Ph.D. There was unbelievable perseverance required every step of the way.
That wasn’t Papa’s message – not yet. His message was “What would you do differently now to obtain such a goal?” My answer has been coming piecemeal throughout the day: I’d fill every nook and cranny of my consciousness with full and complete God-awareness, leaving nary a peephole for anti-God thinking, feeling, rehearsing or yearning. I’d be ‘all in’ as in ALL IN. I’d recognize that every moment spent in ‘mixture’ will cost me infinitely more than I’m willing to pay anymore.
He gave me a two-thumbs-up!

We absolutely must gain control over our mind. It will never do anything to help us in this endeavor because it by definition is dedicated to the world mentality: it is the carnal mind.
This sham imitation of our mind or consciousness is unreal and that should give us much cause to take heart and even celebrate! We cannot be bullied by our own mind when we finally discover that we do in fact have the mind of Christ.
Whoever told us that we should doubt our oneness with God – our being the same BE-ING as God? There is no other being ‘out there’ to meddle with our perfect thinking and knowing of God’s allness.
Become aware of your triggers: we’re about to send them packing! For now just know that our perfect Mind is God and cannot know anything else.
When we think that we just can’t rise above some unwanted obsessive thoughts, we’re really saying that God is not All, opening the door wide for all kinds of unpleasantness – and worse – to gain a foothold in our life.
Understand that it is the real world of Spirit – right where the lying, hateful, self-destructive world of matter seems to be – that we want to hold uppermost in thought, until we finally know with every fiber of our spiritual being that God, infinite Mind, IS the only reality that there is.
Even with this unlimited, omniscient Mind of God that I have, I’m still at a loss to describe the ineffable freedom and power that accompany such an inestimable awakening.
