As I took another step forward
In my Spiritual journey
And realized that my almost
violent mental reaction
To another’s yet again self-aggrandizement
Was telling me
Sure as we’re sitting here
That I – not he – had some
Unloading to do
Oh My Gosh! I didn’t love it one bit!
Arrogance and fear,
Fear and arrogance,
What, pray tell, is the difference?
