Where there are no longer

Listening and heeding,
Ofttimes missing the mark.

Let’s try another mindset:
What exactly is God?
All-presence, All-power,
Everywhere at once. All.
Spirit, Substance, Mind,
Principle, Soul, Love, Life.

When You truly put Me first
That frightening possibility
Of going off again and
Imagining your worldly whims
Bursting, nourishing, satiating,
Collapsing, spent and lost …

No longer looms large
On the horizon of your hope.
Who was it you were listening to
And why are you so scattered?
The “I” that you wanted to pray To
Is the “I” of you, Me and all Life.

Now we see that “help me”
Becomes a fait accompli
No further action is ever
Required. All IS unqualified
Movement and you, yes you
Are resting atop glorious victory!

recovered coz Sunday School teacher
refused to coddle prognostications.
Five little kitties, given up for dead,
listened to their healer and obeyed.
Death itself — seen right through —
afforded one family grief-free healing.

You’ve got something that lingers?
What would you be doing mentally
If you weren’t ‘forced’ to keep your
nose to the grindstone?

“So This Is Why I Wasn’t Healed”

I Declared Truth Until I Was Blue In The Face — Where’s My Healing?●●●
Recently, one steeped in metaphysics asked for a clearer explanation of God. As the ALLNESS of God was pointed out, the seeker said, ”Oh yes, I know, but that is too absolute for me. Talk so I can understand you. The doctors at my place of business tell me I have tuberculosis and I am unable to work. I can’t pay my bills. I’ve declared Truth till I’m blue in the face but it doesn’t seem to do a bit of good. Why doesn’t God heal me? I’ve asked Him in all sincerity. I know He’s all powerful – that He’s Love Itself, so why doesn’t He heal me?”●●●
I tried to point out the ONENESS of God, but with each statement of Truth, my visitor countered with a metaphysical quotation, assuring me this was the very same Truth he had been declaring for months on end.●●● To break through this glib parroting, he was then asked for an original definition of what Truth is – not words or pretty, quotable sentences, but what is the Truth Itself; not the truth about Truth, but Truth’s very essence – what the I of this I-PRESENT is. This question caught his attention and he was still – he listened to the sole Self for a change, rather than to the chatter of no-Self, not-Self, not-One, not-I!
Fight Evil Appearances And They Will Appear To Get Worse●●●
Until now, all his efforts had been expended against evil, against a condition. However, as always in the field of theology, the more evil or sin is fought, the larger it becomes – the further from the Allness of God the theologian travels. Evil is not to be wiped out, dealt with, handled, cast aside or overcome.●●●
Why?
Because God is ALL, and this leaves nothing beside. Sickness, like aught else evil, is not something to be met, destroyed or healed, because PRESENT PERFECTION leaves no evil – leaves none sick●●●, ailing or in distress. Surely no one would go about trying to heal God!
God’s Allness Is All That’s Going On
My visitor was asked is he had ever felt GOD was in need of prayer – had he ever “worked” for GOD, tried to set GOD free of disease, deadly germs, infection? The answer was an immediate NO! Did time ever affect GOD? NO! Is God all, right NOW? Yes! Is there more than ALL? There was a pause, then a slow acknowledgment that there is ONLY GOD. Who then is ill? NO ONE, FOR GOD IS ALL!●●●
Suddenly, he saw this. “This is Truth!” he declared. It was clear to him that until this moment he had merely been attempting to know about Truth – about himself, about disease, but he had not known TRUTH ITSELF.●●● Truth revealed Truth to be TRUE RIGHT NOW, WHOLE, AWARE OF BEING THE I THAT I AM – THIS I RIGHT HERE.
Some three days late, because of employment insurance regulations, the young man had to report to the doctors for another X-ray. When the X-ray was taken it showed but a slight congestion which the doctors said was possibly fatigue. When they compared the new pictures with the old ones, they were at a complete loss to explain ●●● how the old set showed such an advanced stage of the disease and the new ones did not. To be doubly sure, however, they later called for another set which showed no trace of discord, and within a matter of days the yound man was back at work.

This is a wonderful group to be in, very supportive, sensitive and well-informed. To tell the truth the question I raised here has been dogging me for awhile. I’ve been following Rupert for quite a few years now and find his teaching most illuminating. I’ve noticed over the years his gradual leaning toward the Absolute as in absolute emptiness, absolute absence, absolute nothingness and absolute allness – the antipode of separation – all areas that have had my full attention for quite some time as well. Tony Parsons and Jim Newman go to great lengths to spell out that any concession to two-ness, as in teacher-student, existence-nonexistence, I-you-we-me-etc, time, space, matter, body, etc, is absolutely impossible. Thanks to you four respondents, I’ve found peace that harkens back to my former #1 interest: healing. The takeaway I’d like to share with you – coming from you – is when in doubt, start with the answer. Absolute anything is nothing short of 100%. Functioning in this world, however long, calls for temporary expedients. DrRobinStarbuck

S T E P P I N G . O U T . O F . M A T T E R

Do you struggle a bit to stay on track? I think I may have a little help in that area. For starters I believe it’s imperative that we do stay on track, let’s be clear about that! When we go off, we give a lot of credence to that which has no reality and no right taking over our consciousness. But what to do about it? We do some things that seem to bring us to conscious awareness but the moment we go away from what we were doing the cares of the world come rushing in!

We need permanent markers that we can grab to stay where we need to be. When I become aware of confusion and fear – if I don’t confront it immediately, it festers and grows. Then in my turmoil I often remember a rather silly single step I can take – almost physically – that makes me so happy that I feel giddy. It’s actually a partial or attempted step.

I see myself stepping OUT OF the material realm and INTO my Soul. It’s so funny because as I’m “stepping” I see nothing to step into – nothing at all. It’s most disconcerting! Why nothing?

Try it, you’ll see … there’s nothing of matter to hang onto at all. It’s your Soul taking over for you, showing you exactly what perfection looks like and how it is your actual life in the here and now! It always was: right where you saw matter, it being entirely spiritual was your real identity all along.

Now aware of your Soul, you are free to discover your spiritual body, your limitless omnipresence, your being as Spirit itself and your being as Christ itself.

I just don’t know where I’d be without the amazing recordings of Herb Fitch. I listen to them all the time and urge people who are fairly advanced in their spiritual search to do likewise.

The Kingdom of God is within you but it certainly is not within a fleshly body and it certainly is not within a mortal mind. What is this you that is being referred to?

It’s your Soul (single eye) which enables you to see into the invisible reality. The flesh encounters a tug of war when your Soul is discovered as it recognizes the end of its reign over you.

The kingdom of God – in its sublime perfection – never knew of any human life with its multifarious limitations, as the kingdom of God is itself Spirit, God. It cannot be revealed to the disease-laden human mind.

Our Soul alone reveals to us all the glories of the kingdom of God, being itself entirely spiritual: it bridges the gap between mortal life and the tangible experience of the kingdom of God. The human mind on the other hand dwells in that netherworld of pain and pleasure, fleeting joys and sorrows, disease and death.

The Light of Spirit is ushered in by our Soul, communicating to us in ways that only we comprehend, as it requires no human language to do so. We feel light and joyful for no apparent reason as a sweet knowingness rushes in. Although we realize that we must strive to remain in our Soul-awareness, we do recognize that a permanent change has taken place in our consciousness … and it is magnificent!

It wants what it wants when it wants it – even if ‘it’ is a plan for 10 years in the future. It is a master manipulator, hell-bent on destroying you, its sponsor!

Practice discipline. Be very, very skeptical of everything that little yapper tries to tell you. It’s always gonna try to get the best of you because – did you forget? – it’s the heavily hypnotized world mind! It’s the flesh mind in all its seductive glory!

Three words written or uttered with a small letter are suspect: mind, soul, self. Watch out for them in your mental atmosphere. They breed contempt, fear and discouragement.

But with a capital letter they signify God!

You could take all synonyms and attributes of Spirit, God, and give them that lower case (small letter) spin and the fleshly machinations will be disastrous! But keep them unsullied and pure as the driven snow and they will serve you perfectly.

So, how do we distinguish and dismiss the demands of the body’s mind (contrasted with the divine mind)? At first, suspect it every moment and stifle it. Listen extra hard for the still, small voice until it takes over. Keep after it till the last vestige has returned to its native nothingness and you’re free, thrilled and soaring!

I earnestly believe that God will sing over His creation until its culmination when there’s no longer a distinction between earth and heaven itself.
We are becoming increasingly more familiar with the construct of types and shadows; but when we extend that awareness first to the subatomic level and then recognize that God – in all His hugeness – reigns in the realm of the smallest neutron, we will better comprehend how His son, Jesus, could perform the mind-boggling miracles that he did with such ease.
Jesus spoke (sang) in human language but it was clearly from the Spirit. Plain and simple, his utterances had their counterpart – their source – in a dimension beyond our own!
Sounds that we hear actually communicate messages from above and give new meaning to the prayer language known as ‘tongues’ – a direct communion with a higher realm. So, when you ‘hear’ the wave of the Holy Spirit in your spirit, it’s time – not to freak out – but to rejoice!
