What I’m looking for

I’M LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WAY, WAY BEYOND having a lovely day and a lovely life in the world while thinking about God.
I don’t ask for ease and great comfort in the fleshly dream. I’m glad for whatever it takes to awaken me completely.
I don’t yearn to leave you and go off holding hands with Jesus: I yearn to get it all into print just how and what it means to literally be the light.
Yes, I have a few annoyances that appear to be limiting, but I know better: they’re my vehicle to a higher, deeper level of Christ consciousness as my only consciousness! In this pure awareness I experience none of the annoyances at all.
The answer to ‘why don’t I just stay here?’ is that’s exactly what I am doing.

Evolution, reincarnation, Monopoly!

DO YOU BELIEVE IN THE BOARD GAME “MONOPOLY”?
Can you temporarily suspend disbelief and say yes in order to continue?
Okay so now you have the right to buy Boardwalk and you have the money to buy it, right? Right.
A few more adventures ensue and you make decisions based on the description of the game. Oops, now you go to jail.
Do you believe you should have had to go to jail? There are awful people there! It stinks! It’s reprehensible. You’re getting flustered! Freaking out! What to do? What to do?
Perhaps the wisest thing would be to re-examine the seductive suggestion put to you in the first place: “Can you temporarily suspend disbelief and say yes in order to continue?”
That ‘temporary’ went waaaay too long. You forgot that you bought in to something you never believed in the first place.
On a seemingly infinitely larger scale the dream of Monopoly (coulda been chess!) like the dream of evolution – or physicality itself – is nothing but a dream.

Tongues – with rhythm and melody

Here’s another treat – if you haven’t tried it yet: tongues with a rhythm and melody. For me it helps to keep tongues going automatically as long as I want. It sometimes kicks in seemingly of its own accord. It’s so pleasant and joyful. In public I sometimes do it under my breath or even hum IN TONGUES silently – if you can imagine that! It really pushes out all the junk most effectively!

What New Age is and is not – Frank Johnson

How often have we heard a Christian respond, “That’s New Age thinking”. How many even know what “New Age” means? The foundation of New Age is based on the use of the Mind (the Psyche), not the Spirit. Most Believers are not even aware in the Spirit, but rather, most adhere to a program of beliefs learned in church. Affirmations, for example, have a very positive appeal to many, but in reality they are just the employment of one thought to combat another thought. Here again, this has nothing to do with awakening to our true Nature (as originally revealed by Jesus). This inner awakening, unfortunately, is not even taught in our church communities. So, most Believers live their lives from the thoughts of the natural mind and assume that their church experience is as good as it gets.

A HEALING THOUGHT
When you succeed in turning entirely
to Spirit, God, for healing
it’s a really, really good idea
to lose all interest in the problem –
so much so that the way is
completely clear for Spirit to take over.
Let your new focus consume you –
the old you – and be the infinite Self
that you really are: your eternal body,
or Soul, which you can step into at will.
We are ONE body, One Son, right now.

Perfect Love casts out fear, terror, fright, fearfulness, horror, alarm, panic, agitation, trepidation, dread, consternation, dismay, distress, anxiety, worry, angst, unease, uneasiness, apprehension, apprehensiveness, nervousness, nerves, perturbation, foreboding, the creeps, the shivers, the willies, the heebie-jeebies, jitteriness, twitchiness, butterflies in the stomach……

Absent from the body = present with the Lord

2 Cor 5:8

For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. [2] For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: [3] If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. [4] For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. [5] Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. [6] Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: [7] (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) [8] We are confident, I say , and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. [9] Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. [10] For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. [11] Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences. [12] For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart. [13] For whether we be beside ourselves, it is to God: or whether we be sober, it is for your cause. [14] For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: [15] And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. [16] Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. [17] Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. [18] And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; [19] To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. [20] Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. [21] For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
